The unscrapped quad cannon does 25% more damage per shot than the scrapped ones. The scrapped ones shoot faster to make up for it. But the game has a cap on attack speed. I think the speed cap is one shot per 40ms but I can't remember very well.
The 2 scrap quads are definitely all at the speed cap. So they get no speed bonus from veterancy. Whereas the 0 scrap quads never hit the speed cap, so they get the full bonus from veterancy as well as their base 25% extra damage.
So I think cyan and blue will probably tie for first, both doing 8 damage and both being at the speed cap. I don't think green's extra damage and veterancy speed boost is enough to catch up to them. |

OOOPS I'm one day late :b Anyways, the bunker that was destroyed first to the last: Green > Red > White > Cyan,Blue > Orange,Yellow > Grey,Brown > Pink,Black > Purple (between "," means they got destroyed at the same time) Congratulations UTD^Force for guessing it correctly!
