You could use the GC_Chem version of the Toxin Terrorist for your Zombies (since most people use Terrorists as substitutes for Zombies). They are completely immune to poison damage and lay down a bigger, actually EFFECTIVE damage field and you can upgrade them with Anthrax Gamma. In my opinion, the toxin stuff fits better with a zombie theme.

This could also let you create a whole field of toxin that only the zombies can go through, as any of the player's ground units are gonna melt if they try to. Could be useful for a big spawn field where you don't want the player going in and killing everything right as it spawns.

I never liked terrorists as zombies. I always thought of workers, wtih enough .ini coding you could make the workers do melee damage.

Are you using Zero Hour or vanilla Generals? Because in Zero Hour you wouldn't have to add anything just use the GC_Chem_GLAInfantryTerrorist units which have a bigger poison OCL than normal Toxin Terrorists and are completely immune to poison.

If you are in vanilla Generals though and are adding poison OCLs to your Terrorists, make sure to give them HazmatHumanArmor to make them immune to poison though. Or better yet edit HazmatHumanArmor as well because if i recall corectly it's actually MORE vulnerable to most damage.

You're probably right. Although that could potentially make it too easy since you could just roll over all the zombies.

Me though I see Terrorists as a decent and fun substitute for zombies. Whether or not they are, it is still fun to hold out against wave after wave of Terrorists. XD





EDIT: Another idea for a type of zombie/terrorist is a giant one that turns into five more normal/poison zombies when it blows up. Or it turns into 10 when it successfuly detonates itself, but only turns into 5 if it's killed before it reaches its target.

Well then you have 2 options.
Either you just make workers unable to be run over wich is possible like hero units. Or you give a little of range to the melee attack so they can do damage to the humvee before being run over, this would be more realistic because in real life you can run over zombies, but if you try to run over tons of them they will do a lot of damage and will kill the humvee.
