When you download a map, what is it you want most?

Would you rather play a somewhat barren mission with great gameplay?
Or would you rather play an easy mission with phenomenal details?

(I realise these are 2 extremes but it is a hypothetical question)

Neither. Balance is key.

I see you didn't put an other option ;)

The point is to decide between the two extremes. Obviously a level of balance is needed in an actual map. But, if you had to sacrifice one to improve the other, which would you prioritise?
