Hey this may be me being a complete idiot but I cannot figure out how to download world builder and need some help or info on how to obtain it. love playing this game and want to make it somewhat more fun for me!

Check your start menu programs...it should be there with the game file

I got it downloaded from origin...when I click on it to start the only options it gives me are generals or zero hour when I start either of them theres no option for world builder

It should have installed with the game.
"Start/All Programs/EA Games/ command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour/Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour Worldbuilder"
If its not there try reinstalling from the disk, and check again.
If its still not there, ill see what I can do to help...

Alternately, you could check in the game directory:
"Start/Computer/C:/Program Files(x86)/EA Games/Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour/"...Worldbuilder should be at the bottom.

Im gonna have to uninstall and re-install. It shouldn't matter that I bought the game through origin and downloaded it through them should it?

Yes, that does matter. That changes things a bit. Re-installing it will not help. Worldbuilder is included on the installation disk, and seeing as how you do not have the disk, then you do not have worldbuilder...makes sense now.
