Hello all! So, I've been playing CnC Zero Hour with a few friends for the past few weeks. However, recently both of them experienced an issue with graphics, where the colors are inverted and the screen will black out certain models (in-game). Now their games will not play normally. Both have tried reinstalling the game, graphics drivers and directx, as well as adjusting compatibility options. The attached image, pretty much, sums up their problem. If anyone can offer any insight into this issue, that'd be great. Thanks! Solobadguy attached the following image(s):

hmm, not sure. Make sure to also try the compatibility modes that shouldn't work, like windows 95. i know killing Explorer.exe fixes graphics issues in really old CnC's, you could try that as well. |

Any old friends still on here can add me on discord @jcdenton2187. I'm far more likely to respond there. |

Not Internet Explorer. The program Explorer.exe is what displays the icons on your desktop, you can find it by looking under Processes in the Task Manager.
Not sure how it affects the old games, but it might be affecting his ZH in the same way. My guess is it uses the same resources as the game, so it might keep the game from using stuff it needs graphics wise. |
