I have downloaded it but I cant run the installation file
I have parental controls on me so I cant run things without a parents password
The only mods I can install have to be in .big s or in folders like data\ini |

Annoyingly they wont let me do anything unless it is 'acceptable'
They will only type the pw in if they know it is legitimate and safe and to be honest they will not call this website legitimate and safe
Also its 1:15 in the morning and they're asleep (I should be too but I got bored) |

The big downside to the All Stars building system (and I should know, I coded it) is that the Construction Yard isn't tied to what it's supposed to be building, allowing the player to build a new building every X seconds regardless of whether the building is finished or not. If you're fine with that, feel free to adapt the All Stars building system to suit your needs. |

All I need it for is to build a naval base in water
Whether that means removing the dozers entirely or just editing how one building is built I don't mind
I'm fine with building every x seconds as long as the x isn't silly like every 3 seconds |

Hey commie. I was wondering could make the cc make a unit that is a building. But it has the place by user code? That way it builds like a unit but is placed where you want it? Just a thought |

I made a a naval base with the placed by user thing but when it was built it just sat there in the doorway because it had no locomotor |
