I made a 4 player skirmish map with proper waypoints and perimeters then added Skrimish Players. However, whenever I play, the AI on my team work and create a base, but if I set an enemy to a different team (If I am team 1, they would be team 2,3,or 4), they only produce dozers and do nothing. Please help!

I just looked over it, nice job! it looks very nice and detailed.
The reason why the Ai isn't building is because there isn't enough building space foe them, there needs to be a 1000 x 1000 area for them to build properly, you can find a template called "TempBuildingSize" near the bottom of the civilian folder, this shows you how much room is required minimum for the Ai to function. |

This amost works now, but for some reason, the bottom left corner doesn't seem to work if played by USA? What is going on?

It taught me how to make maps skirmish maps for more then two players! The bottom left corner doesn't work for any faction for me. I've had a very similier problem, if you download my Mega-Map pack and play Prince Kassad's Training Grounds, try playing agenst Prince kassad (GLA Stealth General), he doesn't do anyting at all. I'm stumped... Sorry. But since I'm typing, can I make a suggestion for your map? Place Outhouses (porta-potties) inside phone booths, it makes it seem like the phone booth is garrinsonabble! You forgot to add skirmish players. Do Edit -> Edit Player List (very bottom) -> Add Skirmish Players
Also you should rename the BackdoorX paths to BackDoorX. Not sure if that is important but its done like that in all EA maps.
If it still doesn't work after that then you should further increase the bases.
