I am looking to edit just a few weapons in generals and ZH.
I want to increase the projectile speed of tank shells (not reload time) and base damage of mig missiles by just a bit.

I have the Origin version of generals/zh, I dont see a weapons file in either game folders, anyone able to tell me where I could find that?

Also a question, is it possible to separate some of the files into smaller ones, like civil buildings, american, etc or do they all have to be in the same file?

The weapons.ini file is in ini.big or inizh.big (for ZH).

Civilian buildings and American buildings are indeed split (much like everything else) into individual ini files in the objects folder in ini.big.

Question, is it possible to separate the INI file into smaller one or does everything have to be in that specific file?

depends on the ini code itself

if it code like object , ocl , particle system , fx , yes you can seperate them and put them on a new ini under object folder
