Major Joined: 3/27/2015(UTC) Posts: 490 Thanks: 5 times Was thanked: 213 time(s) in 155 post(s)		It's because it's NOT a weapon. It's an OCLSpecialPower. You have to look for the OCL in ObjectCreationList.ini. I think it's SUPERWEAPON_EMPPulse. (yeah, Electro-Magnetic Pulse Pulse, thanks EA.)
