Hey,

I tried to download that new Hi-Tech warfare generals zero hour demo and once it gets in to about 62% of the installation it stops and freezes then says this program is not responding.

Can anyone help me?

AHHH!!!I just downloaded it it messed up my zero hour NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I highly reccomend you don't download this it just messed up all my maps my generals online and everything

How it could mess up that much? It cant delete maps, the installer cant ruin Generals and ZH and after uninstalling it will restore the AI of ZH v1.04.

And please note:
- You cant play online normally with this mod. Other players must have this mod, too.
- Don't use maps with scripted events 'cause the mod cant enable the game mods on them.
- You need the latest patches of Generals and ZH (recommended)

always create a backup of your installation before installing a mod or prepare to reinstall afterwards.

it sounds like you are trying to play with the online mod enabled, obviously you can't do that because what would stop someone making uber units and playing on ranked games?

Well,

When I installed it my map's where gone and I didn't know how to disable it,

Also when I played it all I got was a moving particle cannon???

unfortunately to mod Generals you must overwrite game files, the mod has done this so there is no reverting back normally.

Negative, the game can be modded with the original files intact and unharmed.
